Production Equipments

In the aspect of China gear manufacturing, ZHY owns Kingelnberg and Gleason CNC centers, PFAUTER CNC machine tool, Qinchuan machine tool. Ipsen heat treatment equipments & Rolser shoot blasting machine. Heat treatment include numerical continuous heat treatment, carburizing, quenching, nitriding equipment. J53/400D Foring machine for double forging raw material, round bar to achieve better material performance.

Gears comply to ISO/DIN standards, gear accuracy/gear quality reach up to 5 Grade, have been applied to machine tool, automobile, robot, gearbox, gear reducer, oil machinery, construction machine, vessel, tobacco machinery and etc…

Senior engineer, Zhang ruifen

Graduated from Henan University of Science and Technology in 1982. She worked in Machinery Institute of China YTO Group (China First Tractor Manufacturing Plant, founded in 1955, produces Agricultural Machinery, Construction Machinery and Vehicle).

Senior engineer , Li Shuhui

As well as Zhang, worked in Machinery Institute of China YTO Group. Engineer is also a professional in foundry industry for over forty years.

Senior engineer, Zhou huayue

Graduated from Tsinghua university in 1988, was the director or Luoyang Wanshun High-Tech Application Research Institute of China YTO Group and the manager of Industry Institute of Dongfang Industry Company of China YTO Group.

Senior engineer, Du jutuan

Graduated from Chongqing University in 1996. he worked in Machinery Institute of China YTO Group. And Du has been in machinery industry for over twenty years.
