The durability test-bed mainly includes the whole box comprehensive durability test-bed and synchronizer durability test-bed. The full box comprehensive durability test-bed is mainly used to test the durability of gears and bearings. At the same time, it can carry out tests on efficiency, sealing, temperature characteristics, high speed and high temperature. The structural forms are divided into mechanical closed type and electrical closed type.
In order to realize mechanical sealing, two test pieces need to be tested at the same time, and the two test pieces may interfere with each other, so it has been rarely used at present. In the automotive industry, in order to ensure the reliability of test results, the full box comprehensive durability test bench of gear transmission system generally adopts the electric closed form of double motor or three motor, as shown in the figure.
For the durability test-bed of transmission and drive axle under the condition of ordinary speed, China has fully developed the ability. At present, the assembly durability test-bed to be developed in China is mainly the high-speed test-bed for the reducer / transmission and assembly of new energy vehicles. The general speed is required to be more than 15000 R / min, which increases the development difficulty of the whole test-bed. Driven by the rapid development of new energy vehicles, some domestic scientific research institutes have started the development of new energy vehicle reducer / transmission assembly test-bed, and a small amount of it has been put into use.
