However, due to the different experimental methods and means and experimental conditions adopted by researchers, the results are not consistent. At the same time, there are many problems in the process of rotary rolling, such as whether there is a front and rear sliding zone network like rolling, how the flow law of deformed metal in the contact area, how the shear deformation occurs and what factors affect it, and so on. Few people have conducted a comprehensive and systematic analysis and research, which is mainly due to the complexity of rotary rolling deformation, and many experimental means and analysis methods are difficult to meet the requirements.
