Numerical simulation and optimization of rotary forging of spur bevel gear blank

The swing rolling forming process of spur bevel gear is studied. The forming process law of spur bevel gear is analyzed and studied by finite element analysis software, and the influence of blank shape on the forming of spur bevel gear is emphatically analyzed. This is completed under a specific parameter, and many aspects need to be improved, so more in-depth research is needed. In addition, in the process development, the following aspects need to be further studied.

(1) All the work done is computer simulation, and I hope it can be verified in the experiment.

(2) The relationship between the pressure field, temperature field, contact time and die failure was studied.

(3) The fixing mode between non swing die and workpiece is studied. Because the workpiece is relatively stationary with the non swing die, it is a necessary condition to realize rotary rolling and ensure the forming quality of parts.

(4) The relationship between the structure, mechanical parameters and motion parameters of rotary rolling machine and its influence on deformation characteristics and die life are studied.
