Figure 2 shows the displacement distribution cloud diagram of the die tooth profile. The distribution law of displacement is similar to that of equivalent stress. It can be seen that there is extremely uneven elastic deformation along the length of the tooth profile and the deformation on the inner and outer sides of the tooth profile. Therefore, studying the overall uneven elastic deformation law of die tooth profile is of great significance to the correction of die tooth profile.
