The increase of the helix angle of the pinion increases the other dimensions of the pinion accordingly, increases the number of teeth involved in the meshing of the hypoid gear pair at the same time, increases the bearing capacity of the hypoid gear pair, makes the meshing transmission process more stable and reduces the noise.
(3) The existence of offset distance can change the center of gravity height of the whole site. For example, the offset under the pinion can reduce the chassis height, reduce vibration and make the whole machinery run smoothly; The offset on the pinion can improve the whole chassis height and increase the trafficability of the whole machine.
(4) Using the relative sliding of large and small gears of hypoid gear pair, both gears can be ground, which can greatly improve the machining accuracy of hypoid gear and enhance the wear resistance of gear surface.
