Visual experimental background of spiral bevel gear tooth surface contact

In order to accurately determine the effectiveness of visual image tracking of the contact area of spiral bevel gears, the required experimental samples are selected from the RDBMS (relational database management system) relational database.

The sample image generated in the software is shown in the figure. In the figure, the spiral bevel gear is divided into concave and convex surfaces. According to the morphological characteristics of concave and convex surfaces, this paper tracks the contact surface traces respectively, which verifies the tracking ability of the algorithm to the greatest extent. The detailed parameters required for the experiment are shown in the table.
