In order to improve efficiency, Shen Huipeng and others designed a professional app that digitizes the parameterization process of the involute gear transmission system, which is used to calculate various parameters and check the involute gear transmission system.
1. Introduction to app digital design
The digital design function of app is divided into six modules, and each module is carried out according to the specified operation sequence, and the modules are arranged in the operation sequence from left to right.
2. Function introduction of software module
It mainly introduces the functions of each module, because of the limited space, only part of the operation interface is shown.
2.1 Motor type selection module
By inputting the design parameters such as the load tension and load linear speed of the motor, the power of the motor, the transmission ratio, torque and power of each shaft are calculated.
2.2 Gear transmission design module
After completing the motor model selection module, run the gear design module, calculate the parameters and coefficients of the gear that meet its service life by inputting the ideal gear service life and other design information, and then input the calculated parameters to finally determine the design parameters such as the module and the number of teeth of the gear.
2.3 Shaft structure design module
Similar to the gear module, this module inputs information such as the transmission power and rotation speed of the ideal shaft, obtains various parameters such as the torque, bending and torsional section coefficient of the shaft and the comprehensive fatigue influence coefficient through calculation, and checks the strength such as fatigue and bending moment.
2.4 Coupling design module
The required torque of the coupling can be calculated by inputting the power and rotation speed of the coupling and looking up the table to obtain the service coefficient.
2.5 Bearing calculation module
The radial load of the bearing can be calculated by inputting the reaction force information of each support of the bearing. Finally, the bearing life can be calculated by inputting the parameters such as bearing load, rotation speed and expected life.
This paper describes the overall design process of a high load and low speed three-stage involute gear reducer with different sides, including the layout design of the transmission structure of the reducer, the parametric design of the transmission system and the optimization design of the reducer box structure. The box optimization part uses finite element analysis software to optimize the structure topology, meeting the requirements of lightweight under the condition of ensuring the normal operation of the box structure, Finally, a parameterized professional app for calculating the involute gear transmission system is developed, and its feasibility is verified by operation demonstration.
