For a long time, the products of many manufacturing enterprises in China are at the middle and low end of the global value chain, and product design, key components and process equipment mainly rely on imports. At present, the overall localization level of the main equipment for mining operations, such as continuous miner, digging and anchoring machine and comprehensive miner, is relatively low in many domestic coal mine groups with tens of millions of tons of coal mines. High yield and efficient mines also rely heavily on imported equipment, such as JOY JM series continuous miner, Sandvik MB series digging and anchoring machine, EFK SL series and JOY 7LS series shearers. The materials and final heat treatment performance of the key parts of these equipment have a great impact on the reliability and stability of the whole machine. As the most common mechanical component, gears are widely used in the transmission devices of these coal mining machinery.
Although the imported mining equipment has outstanding performance, it is found in actual use that problems such as difficult maintenance, high difficulty in troubleshooting, and difficulty in purchasing urgent and vulnerable parts are very common in the use of imported equipment. The problems such as long manufacturing cycle of imported accessories, high cost, untimely service, and heavy barriers are prominent, which seriously affect the continuity of production of enterprises.
Taking the transmission idler of the cutting part reducer of the 6C drum shearer imported from M Company as the research object, the localization development research and practice were carried out, and a set of efficient and economical localization development road for key parts was found out to help enterprises resume production in the shortest time, reduce economic losses, break the technical barriers, and fundamentally improve the application scope and reliability level of mining equipment in China.
By taking the rocker transmission idler of imported shearer as the research object, combining with the actual working conditions, deeply studying its stress condition, base metal characteristics, design parameters, etc., combining with the existing production technical conditions, we have carried out localization development and research on it, and manufactured a product that can be completely interchangeable with it, has highly matched performance indicators, has the shortest cost and delivery time, and has guaranteed supply. It has been successfully verified by the underground industrial test. At the same time, the domestic spare parts supply channel is stable and smooth, getting rid of the impact of the international environment on imported products. The construction period and cost are controllable for enterprises, which has brought better economic benefits to coal mining enterprises. Based on this, we can further summarize experience, improve the localization manufacturing level of coal mining machinery parts, and promote the technical upgrading and industrial upgrading of the relevant national equipment manufacturing industry.
