The gear material was sampled, and its chemical composition was analyzed by three testing institutions. The chemical composition index was shown in Table 1. The American standard trademark 3310 was found in the domestic and foreign steel grade manuals.

Use CMM and gear measuring machine to measure the new imported gear in detail, query relevant technical data, conduct comprehensive analysis on various parameters, and finally confirm the parameters and indicators as shown in Table 2.
