Vibration response of high speed helical gear drive under combined excitation

Input the obtained time-varying meshing stiffness curve and meshing impact curve into the dynamic equations at the same time to obtain the vibration response of single-stage helical gear transmission under three working conditions of 80N · m, 100N · m and 120N · m input torque, and draw the vibration speed diagram as shown in the figure.

The figure shows the vibration speed diagram of three different loads under the comprehensive excitation of single-stage helical gear drive. It can be clearly seen in the figure that: at 1/3 and 1/2 resonant speeds N0, obvious superharmonic resonance occurs; The vibration of helical gear increases with the increase of load, and the resonance peak value increases significantly compared with the meshing impact alone; In the non resonance area, the helical gear vibration increases significantly with the increase of the rotating speed, but the increasing trend is slower than that under the single excitation of meshing impact. This is because the system vibration under the excitation of time-varying meshing stiffness after passing the resonance area decreases slightly with the increase of the rotating speed.
