In order to diagnose the crack fault of the planet gear of the planetary gear mechanism better, ZHY Gear has studied the crack fault of the planetary gear mechanism based on the rigid flexible coupling dynamic model.
Firstly, ZHY Gear, combined with the meshing static analysis results in ANSYS Workbench, established the three-dimensional model of the automobile planetary gear mechanism in SolidWorks software; Secondly, in the ANSYS APDL software, the gear ring is set as a flexible body; Then, in ADAMS software, the rigid flexible coupling dynamic model of planetary gear mechanism is established; Finally, according to the simulation results, the frequency spectrum characteristics of the planetary gear crack fault signal are analyzed.
The results show that:
(1) The gear crack is easy to occur at the tooth root;
(2) The rigid flexible coupling dynamic model established meets the requirements of transmission ratio and has high accuracy; This modeling method can provide reference for the establishment of other models;
(3) In the frequency spectrum diagram of planetary gear crack fault, the peak value corresponds to the meshing frequency or its multiple frequency, and the local peak value at the meshing frequency is related to the fault frequency of planetary gear.
In the follow-up work, ZHY Gear will study a variety of single fault conditions and composite fault conditions to provide a basis for fault prediction and health management of planetary gear units.
