The outer surface of the fixed internal gear of the linear conjugate planetary gear reducer with small tooth difference is selected as the test object, as shown in the figure. DH5922 dynamic signal test and analysis system is adopted in the vibration test experiment, with built-in multi-function adapter, and no external conditioning module is required. It can complete the test of stress-strain, voltage, IEPE and other signals, and the maximum continuous sampling rate is 256 kHz/channel. The system adopts IEPE piezoelectric acceleration sensor, the model is DH187, the axial sensitivity is 4.96 mV/m · s ^ – 2, and the measuring range is 1000 m · s ^ – 2.

Under a given working condition, the linear conjugate planetary gear reducer with small tooth difference will produce vibration impact at the moment when the gear enters the mesh, resulting in a certain amount of small elastic deformation of the gear teeth. When this elastic deformation is detected by the piezoelectric acceleration sensor based on the piezoelectric effect, polarization will occur inside the piezoelectric crystal, and positive and negative charges will be generated on the crystal surface. The elastic deformation will be converted into electrical signals and transmitted to the dynamic signal testing machine. After being amplified by the charge amplifier in the testing machine, it can be recorded and analyzed in the DH5922 software of Donghua Test in real time.
