As shown in the figure, the power loss curve of the helical gear pair of the 0 # unmodified, 1 # optimized and 9 # optimized schemes can be seen that the power loss of the helical gear pair after the modification of the 1 # optimized scheme is significantly improved during meshing. For the No. 9 optimization scheme, which only modifies the passive wheel, the power loss of the helical gear pair is reduced in the meshing section (AC), but the effect is not ideal in the meshing section (CE).
