Further observation shows that the peak value of load distribution coefficient of bevel gear pair is far greater than the peak value of load distribution coefficient under the positive offset error and negative nutation angle error because the tooth surface is in edge contact and the load amount borne by the tooth is relatively large.

To sum up, the positive bias error will reduce the peak value of load distribution coefficient of bevel gear, and the negative bias error will increase the peak value of load distribution coefficient of bevel gear; However, the effect of nutation angle error on the peak value of load distribution coefficient of bevel gear pair is opposite.
