Verification of spur gear meshing simulation results with center distance deviation

Using the formula, it can be calculated that the theoretical value of the meshing force of the spur gear pair is 4090N.

According to the above operations, the contact forces of the remaining 59 models are extracted and the root mean square values of the meshing forces of the spur gear pair within 0.025s to 0.03s are calculated. By comparing the root mean square value of the meshing force with the theoretical value, it can be seen that the simulation error is only about 0.2%, and the simulation accuracy is high, indicating that the results obtained through the finite element model simulation of the spur gear pair are relatively reliable.
