Analysis of Dynamic Transmission Error of Spur Gear Pair Caused by Center Distance Deviation

Extract the theoretical rotation angle of the driving wheel within 0.17s-0.175s of the stable stage of the spur gear pair under different center distance deviations θ 1b and the actual rotation angle of the driven wheel θ 2a. Calculate and draw the dynamic transmission error curve of the spur gear pair based on the formula, as shown in Figure 1.

According to the dynamic transmission error curve, when the center distance deviation is 0 mm, 0.03 mm, 0.06 mm, 0.09 mm, 0.12 mm, and 0.15 mm, the dynamic transmission error fluctuations of the spur gear pair during the stable stage are 19.2 respectively μ m、22.2 μ m、24.9 μ m、24.5 μ m、24.4 μ M and 24.2 μ m. Draw it into a curve, as shown in Figure 2. According to the transmission error fluctuation curve, as the center distance deviation increases by 0.03 mm, the dynamic transmission error wave momentum of the spur gear pair increases by about 15%. When the center distance deviation reaches 0.06 mm, the fluctuation of dynamic transmission error remains within a relatively stable range as the center distance deviation increases.
