Analysis of Dynamic Spoke Vibration Acceleration of Spur Gear Pair

During the meshing stability stage of the spur gear pair from 0.17s to 0.173s, take a point on the spoke end faces of the master and slave gears, and extract the axial vibration accelerations of the nodes under different torques, as shown in the figure.

According to the axial acceleration curve of the spoke node, the axial vibration acceleration of the spoke node will increase as the torque increases. When the torque is 0.5T, T, 1.5T, and 2T, the root mean square values of the axial acceleration of the active wheel spoke node are 14.4g, 14.6g, 18.8g, and 21.7g, respectively (g is taken as 9.8m/s ²), The root mean square values of the axial acceleration at the spoke nodes of the driven wheel are 9.3g, 9.7g, 15.4g, and 15.6g, respectively. Among them, the axial acceleration of the spoke is significantly higher when the torque is 1.5T and 2T, indicating that an increase in load torque will lead to an increase in the axial vibration of the spoke.
