Calculate and draw the dynamic transmission error curve of the spur gear pair based on the formula, as shown in Figure.
According to the dynamic transmission error curve, the fluctuation of meshing dynamic transmission error of spur gear pairs increases with the increase of torque. The fluctuation of dynamic transmission error is 13 when the torque is 0.5T, T, 1.5T, and 2T, respectively μ m、25 μ m、31 μ M and 38 μ m。
