The influence of different gear parameters on the vibration characteristics of the reducer variable speed integrated gear and the sensitivity of the parameters to the system vibration were analyzed. The influence law of the system parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the gear mechanism was analyzed, and the corresponding steady-state response based on harmonic balance method was obtained. In this chapter, the vibration test platform of reducer variable speed integrated gear is built, and IEPE is used The acceleration vibration signal of the gear mechanism is collected by the three-way acceleration sensor, and then the experimental results of the dynamic response of the gear system are compared with the theoretical analysis results, so as to verify the correctness of the nonlinear dynamic model.
The vibration test platform of reducer variable speed integrated gear is composed of transmission system and detection system. The transmission system includes variable frequency motor, synchronous belt pulley, elastic coupling, speed reduction integrated gear mechanism, magnetic powder brake, etc. The speed motor is used as prime mover, and the power is transferred to the gearshift integrated gear mechanism by synchronous pulley.
