Figure 1 shows the engineering drawing of spiral cylindrical gear bearing structure female die. It can be seen from the figure that the outer diameter of the die bearing is 225mm, the inner diameter is 132mm, the height is 54mm, and the roller adopts cylindrical structure. Figure 2 shows the three-dimensional geometric modeling of spiral cylindrical gear bearing structure.
Figure 3 shows the engineering drawing of the tooth cavity of helical cylindrical gear. The outer diameter of the tooth cavity is 132mm, the height of the tooth cavity is 54mm and the height of the groove is 27mm. The height of the tooth profile in the tooth profile cavity is 15mm, and the height of the concave table is 15mm. The three-dimensional geometric modeling of the tooth cavity of helical cylindrical gear is shown in Figure 4.
Figure 5 shows the engineering drawing of cylindrical roller in the centripetal bearing die structure of helical cylindrical gear. The diameter of cylindrical roller is 33.8mm and the height is 27mm. The three-dimensional geometric modeling of cylindrical roller is shown in Figure 6. There are 10 such cylindrical rollers in the centripetal bearing female die structure.
