For the aviation bevel gear transmission system, the arrangement is as follows:
). A general introduction to the research background and significance. This paper briefly introduces the development of gear dynamics theory and the development of related fields of gear transmission dynamics.
). The basic theory of gear system dynamics is described. It mainly includes gear fitting time-varying stiffness characteristics and time-varying stiffness calculation. Then the dynamic model of the faulty bevel gear is established.
). Considering the complexity of spiral bevel gear structure, the natural frequency of fault bevel gear is calculated by finite element method, and the calculation results under different boundary conditions are analyzed. The traveling wave resonance is analyzed according to the basic theory of traveling wave resonance. Finally, the natural frequency of the gear transmission system is calculated and analyzed.
). The time-varying meshing stiffness of the fault bevel gear is calculated by using the contact analysis in the finite element analysis software ANSYS. Combining the calculated time-varying stiffness value with the established fault bevel gear dynamic model, the variable step size fifth-order Runge Kutta method is used for numerical calculation to obtain the dynamic response of the fault bevel gear transmission system, and the calculation results are analyzed with the help of FFT spectrum analysis and phase plane analysis method.
). Summarize the research work and get some conclusions that can be used as a reference in engineering practice. And the prospect of the research on the dynamics of aeroengine central spiral bevel gear.
