The dynamic analysis of the straight bevel gear system is carried out by using romax software, and the dynamic response analysis results of the system can be obtained, such as frequency response diagram, waterfall diagram, etc., which directly shows the vibration performance of the straight bevel gear system in the transmission process. Taking the transmission error curve obtained from the previous analysis as the excitation, the dynamic response results of the modified straight bevel gear transmission system can be obtained, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.

It can be seen from the above figure that the flexibility value of tooth profile modification mode reaches the maximum value of 41.1 when the frequency is 730hz × 10- μ m/N; The modal flexibility value of tooth profile modification reaches the maximum value of 41.35 when the frequency is 1830hz × 10- μ The vibration of M / N at this time has the greatest contribution to the vibration and noise of the whole straight bevel gear transmission, but it is much smaller than that before modification.
