The acceleration of the box surface is an important parameter to excite the radiated noise of the surrounding air. Figure 1 shows the acceleration at 13 / 14 (actual measuring point 6 / 7) of the box node under the unit drive excitation of the second gear. It can be seen from the figure that the acceleration amplitude of the measuring point increases significantly between 1800hz and 2000Hz.
Figure 2 shows the acceleration at the box node 13 / 14 (measuring point 6 / 7) under the unit transmission error excitation of the main reducer gear. It can be seen from the figure that the bearing bears the intermediate medium from the gear system to the box, and the resonance peak value on the box appears at 688hz, which is consistent with the maximum peak value of the bearing force.
