The dynamic characteristics of helical gear transmission considering tooth surface friction are studied and further studied and discussed:
(1) Due to the large investment scale of heavy helical gear, the construction of helical gear transmission test-bed in the transmission basic research project is still in progress, and the experimental conditions are not available for a period of time. In the later stage of the relevant experimental verification work, the research was carried out in combination with the special project of ship heavy-duty transmission.
(2) On the basis of the research on the influence of helical gear tooth friction on the dynamic characteristics of helical gear transmission, the influence of tooth friction on the dynamic characteristics of the whole transmission system can be extended.
