The research on the grinding surface integrity of spiral bevel gear is based on the research on the influence of grinding parameters of the same material. For the actual processing and production of spiral bevel gear, different materials are often selected according to the actual needs, such as 20CrMnTi, 30CrMnTi, 18Cr2Ni4WA, etc. In order to accurately and comprehensively study the applicable detection technology and evaluation parameter system of surface property parameters such as tooth surface roughness, tooth surface microhardness and tooth surface microhardness, it is necessary to supplement and improve the experimental data for different materials and different grinding wheel conditions, and study the optimal combination of process parameters under different material conditions. Establish a database to predict the final surface roughness and residual stress of different surface materials.
