The VERICUT simulation results of spiral bevel gear milling show that the designed three-axis linkage cutting machine tool can realize the cutting motion of spiral bevel gear tooth surface required by the tooth surface generation line cutting method; In the whole process of cutting the tooth surface, there are no phenomena such as interference, collision, over cutting and under cutting of the tooth surface, which proves the correctness of the NC machining program; Finally, the spiral bevel gear model is cut, which proves the feasibility of the new method of spiral bevel gear three-axis linkage cutting proposed in this paper.
