Numerical simulation of precision plastic forming of helical gear

(1) The parametric modeling of helical gear is carried out by using three-dimensional modeling software UG. After parametric modeling, helical gears with different models can be obtained by modifying the internal parameters;

(2) Different types of helical gears can be obtained. The numerical simulation analysis of helical gear closed die forging process is carried out, and the process parameters temperature, friction factor and helical gear parameter modulus, number of teeth, helix angle and tooth cone angle are analyzed and compared to study the influence of its process parameters and helical gear parameters on helical gear closed die forging;

(3) The precision plastic forming of helical cylindrical gear in automobile gearbox is numerically simulated and analyzed, and two blank schemes are analyzed and compared;

(4) The precision plastic forming of spiral bevel gear is studied by two forming schemes, one is closed die forging and the other is swing rolling. The two forming schemes are analyzed and compared, and the optimized process scheme is obtained;

(5) The key problem of difficult demoulding after precision plastic forming of helical gear is discussed. The bearing structure die is designed. When the forging is ejected, the die rotates automatically along the axial direction, and the forging is rotated out of the die.
