Taking two pairs of empirical modified front and rear helical gear pairs provided by the enterprise as the research object, the parameters of the unmodified helical gear pair and the parameters of the empirical modified helical gear pair.
The specific experience modification plan of the enterprise is that the large and small gears have a drum profile of 25 μ M and tooth drum 25 μ M Compound shaping. After machining, the physical objects before and after the pinion modification are shown in Figure 1, and the physical objects before and after the big gear modification are shown in Figure 2.
The shell is simplified and designed into a rectangle. After processing and assembly, it is shown in Figure 3.
