Check the pitch accuracy at Klingelnberg P40 measuring center. The measuring center mainly realizes the omni-directional detection of tooth surface and tooth side through the contact positioning function of the probe. Through the processing of the new 4-axis detection device, the measurement center has higher accuracy, and realizes no manual operation. The test results of pitch accuracy are: the accuracy of concave tooth surface is grade 3.6, the accuracy of convex tooth surface is grade 4.2, and the accuracy of runout error is grade 2.1. The accuracy of concave tooth surface, convex tooth surface and runout error of equal height spiral bevel gear processed by conventional parameters are 4.5, 5.3 and 2.8 respectively.
