In recent years, with the continuous development of computer technology, computer simulation has been applied to the design, processing and manufacturing process of agricultural machinery gears. Through simulation, the three-dimensional modeling, virtual assembly, processing simulation and process optimization of agricultural machinery gears are realized. In the processing of agricultural machinery gears, intelligent algorithms can be introduced, including neural network algorithm, genetic algorithm, ant colony algorithm, etc. through the optimization of the algorithm, the degree of automation and intelligence in the processing of agricultural machinery gears can be improved, and the processing efficiency of agricultural machinery gears can be effectively improved. The optimized process effect can be verified by simulation, so as to realize all-round product digital design.
In order to improve the processing efficiency of agricultural machinery gears and shorten the whole processing cycle time, ant colony algorithm is introduced into the optimization design of agricultural machinery gear processing technology. Through the adjustment and arrangement of processing procedures in batch production, the process optimization of agricultural machinery gear batch production process is realized. In order to verify the optimization effect, the machining process of agricultural machinery gear is simulated by simulation software, and the two machining tools of rack cutter and agricultural machinery gear cutter are simulated. The simulation results show that the total time required for mass production of agricultural machinery gears can be significantly shortened and the production efficiency can be improved by using ant colony algorithm.
