Progress in heat treatment process of Automobile Gears

The development of automobile gear heat treatment technology not only implements more strict control on product quality, but also pays more attention to energy conservation and environmental protection. The development trend of automobile gear heat treatment process will be in the direction of high quality, low energy consumption, environmental protection and intelligence.

Intellectualization: intellectualization is the inevitable trend of the development of gear heat treatment control technology. Computer sensor intelligent library will be built as the core of intelligent heat treatment. It is mainly manifested in: (1) the system automatically generates the process according to the material and technical requirements of the parts; (2) Complete closed-loop automatic control of production process; (3) Prediction and prediction of heat treatment quality of parts; (4) Automatic diagnosis and disposal of system faults; (5) Online adaptive and emergency response capabilities, such as the development of nitrogen potential sensors for ion nitriding and carbonitriding and carbon potential sensors for low-pressure carburizing.
