Parameter setting of spur gear rotary forging: the rotation speed of the swing head is 298r / min, and the feed speed of the lower die is 5mm / s.

Forming temperature: room temperature 20 ° C, ignoring the temperature effect;

Friction factor: the blank is phosphatized and saponified before rotary rolling and lubricated with MoS2 powder. The friction factor is m = 0.12.
