When the shoulder is used to locate the parts on the shaft and bear the internal force, it should have a certain height, and the shoulder difference is generally 6-10 mm. When it is used for positioning the inner ring of rolling bearing, the diameter of shaft shoulder shall be taken according to the installation dimension of bearing. If the diameter of the two adjacent shaft sections changes only for the convenience of assembly and disassembly of the parts on the shaft or for the difference between the two diameters when distinguishing the machining surfaces, for example, taking 1-5mm can also adopt the same nominal diameter and different tolerance values.
According to these principles, the shaft diameter of high-speed shaft is 20 mm, 22 mm, 25 mm, 35 mm, 48 mm, 35 mm, 25 mm respectively; the shaft diameter of low-speed shaft is 30 mm, 32 mm, 35 mm, 40 mm, 48 mm, 35 mm respectively.
Length design of each section of shaft
1According to the relevant chart
8 mm for δ, 8 mm for δ 1,
Distance from gear top circle to inner wall of box: △ 1 = 10 mm
Distance from gear end face to inner wall of box: △ 2 = 10 mm
Distance from the end face of bearing to the inner wall of box (when the bearing is lubricated with oil): △ 3 = 5mm
Distance from the outer wall of the box to the end face of the bearing seat hole: L1 = δ + C1 + C2 + (5-10) = 45mm
Flange thickness of bearing end cover: e = 10 mm
2 Pulley width: 35mm
Coupling end: 60mm
3 Thickness of bearing
B01=15mm,B02=17mm
4 according to the above data, the shaft length of each segment can be determined, from the small end to the large end in order as follows:
High speed shaft: 35mm, 42mm, 25mm, 8mm, 42mm, 8mm, 20mm
Low speed shaft: 60mm, 40mm, 30mm, 40mm, 10mm, 25mm
