After determining the three-dimensional model of hypoid gear, assemble and add motion pairs and drivers to the mechanism to make it move, so as to realize the simulation of correct meshing condition of hypoid gear pair. Through the simulation results, the meshing process of hypoid gear pair can be truly and visually observed, and whether the meshing process interferes can be detected, so as to ensure the correct transmission of hypoid gear pair.
This paper introduces the working process of mechanism simulation using Pro / mechanism, the simulation module of Pro / E software, and the setting method of motion pair, mechanism parameters and environment, and establishes the motion model of hypoid gear pair mechanism. Through the simulation simulation under high-speed and low-speed conditions, the speed and torque variation curves of hypoid gear are obtained and analyzed.
