According to the kinematic simulation and dynamic analysis results of the motion model under the condition of low speed (60R / min), it can be seen from the above figures that in the initial stage of hypoid gear transmission (about 0 ~ 0.98s), the speed and torque curve fluctuate, and the transmission of hypoid gear tends to be a straight line after 1s, which indicates that there is impact vibration between the two wheel teeth in the initial stage of hypoid gear transmission, which is due to the main and It is caused by the different rotation speeds of the driven gears. When the speeds of the two gears are synchronized (after 1s), the speed and torque curves tend to be close to a straight line.
Apply a speed of 2800r / min to the driving gear and a torque of 210nm to the driven gear. The initial speed of the driven gear is set to 2500 rpm, the calculation time is 3S and the frame rate is set to 10 frames / sec.
