Spinning forming of spiral bevel gear blank

Due to the problems in the free forging process of cutting board, other forming methods are considered to replace the free forging of cutting board in order to achieve the purpose of drawing. The spinning forming method is considered to replace the free forging of the cutting block to realize the drawing of the blank of the spiral bevel gear:

Spiral bevel gear blank spinning forming is a metal pressure processing method to obtain spiral bevel gear blank by making feed motion with the help of tools such as spinning wheel and pressurizing the rotating metal slab or rotary blank to produce continuous local plastic deformation. Spinning is generally used to form thin-walled hollow rotary workpiece. But we can also use spinning forming method to realize bar drawing.

Spiral bevel gear blank spinning has the following advantages:

(1) The spiral forming equipment requires less energy consumption due to the small tonnage of the spiral forming equipment.

(2) High material utilization, saving man hours and reducing costs.

(3) High product quality. After spinning, the rough structure of spiral bevel gear is dense, the fiber is continuous, the grain is refined, and the comprehensive properties of the product are improved.
