After the calculation is completed, the change laws of contact force of four adjacent tooth surface contact pairs under the above three working conditions are extracted respectively. The change law of the contact force of the meshing tooth pair of spiral bevel gear after completing a meshing cycle is obtained, as shown in Fig. 1 ~ 3 respectively.
According to the change law of tooth contact force under various working conditions in the above figure, the load history of spiral bevel gear contact pair is basically the same under the same static load condition; Under three different load conditions, the contact force on the same tooth surface presents the variation law of quadratic curve. The contact force of spiral bevel gear increases with the increase of load, and basically shows a linear increasing trend. The peak value of spiral bevel gear contact force is shown in the table.
