The transmission scheme is determined according to the technical requirements for the reducer. The transmission schematic diagram and assembly drawing of the reducer are shown in Fig. 1 (1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are gear numbers) and Fig. 2. Spiralplanetary reducer is a compound gear train composed of spiral gear and NGW 2K-H negative planetary gear train. The input shaft is connected with the servo motor, and the output shaft is a planetary carrier.
The load torque of bevel gear reducer is large and the working speed is high. The material 20CrMnTi with high strength, high hardness and good wear resistance is selected for the gear. The gear is carburized and quenched after quenching and tempering.
