The general preprocessor in ANSYS is used to set the material properties and relevant parameters of cylindrical gear; The element type of the two cylindrical gears adopts 3D solid185. The three-dimensional contact finite element model of the cylindrical gear is established by using intelligent meshing control and automatic meshing tool. The mesh of the contact surface area of the cylindrical gear will be automatically encrypted. In order to meet the calculation accuracy and make the calculation accurate and reliable, the mesh accuracy is selected as level 3.
