Tooth load distribution of spiral bevel gear

Spiral bevel gears are widely used in aviation, automobile, shipbuilding and other industries. When considering the load distribution of multi tooth meshing, it is of practical significance to study the change law of tooth root stress in the meshing process, so as to improve the design, manufacturing level and transmission performance of spiral bevel gears.

According to the load meshing characteristics of spiral bevel gears, the pressure distribution in each contact area at a certain meshing position is calculated, and then the load distribution value of each contact area can be obtained by summing the pressure values of each contact point pair in each contact area.
