Tooth profile error analysis of helical gear

When β = γ = At 15 °, L1 is taken as 137mm, 127mm, 118.5mm and 117mm respectively, and the obtained turning tooth profile and theoretical tooth profile of helical gear are shown in Figure 1. It can be seen that the profile of the turning gear in the convex tooth surface coincides with the theoretical profile; The profile of the turning tooth in the concave tooth surface coincides with the working tooth profile of the theoretical profile, and the transition profile is 0.01~0 An error of 05mm.

When β = γ = At 25 °, L1 is 147mm, 136mm, 127.2mm and 125mm, respectively, and the obtained turning tooth profile and theoretical tooth profile of helical gear are shown in Figure 2. It can be seen that the profile of the turning gear in the convex tooth surface coincides with the theoretical profile; The profile of the turning tooth in the concave tooth surface coincides with the working tooth profile of the theoretical profile, and the error of the transition profile is 0.04-0.1mm.
