Tooth surface modification design of high speed helical gear transmission vibration tooth surface modification

Dynamic modeling is the basis of simulation analysis. The simulation model of high-speed helical gear transmission system of an electric vehicle reducer is established as shown in Figure 1.

In order to improve the phenomenon of unbalanced load, the profile of the tooth profile is modified by the profile of the tooth profile. Secondly, in order to reduce the meshing in impact and meshing out impact, the gear profile is modified, and the tooth root and top part of the gear are slightly modified to reduce the in and out interference. Two pairs of gears in the reducer of electric vehicle are modified by romax software. The surfaces of input end teeth to pinion and output end teeth to pinion are shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
