The idea of planetary gear mechanism is introduced into the gearbox to create a new type of gearbox mechanism. In this scheme, face gear mechanism, planetary gear mechanism, brake and one-way clutch are mainly used.
Face gear is a kind of face gear transmission device used for two-phase cross axis or two-phase cross axis with 90 ° angle or non 90 ° angle. It is mainly used for face gear transmission of standard straight teeth or spiral teeth under heavy load and long-term use.
The relevant research and practice abroad have shown that face gear has a good application in low speed, high speed, light load and heavy load situations, and can replace straight bevel gear, solitary bevel gear and hypoid gear in design.
