Transmission gear model based on optimal modification design

Taking the gear transmission mechanism of a five speed transmission as the research object, the gear transmission mechanism model of the research object is established by using the gear analysis and optimization software romax designer, as shown in the figure.

The transmission gear transmission mechanism studied has an input shaft, an output shaft, an intermediate shaft and a reverse shaft, and each shaft is equipped with corresponding gears. The parameters of each gear pair, such as modulus, pressure angle, tooth number and tooth width, are defined respectively. The material, accuracy grade and surface treatment method of gear are defined, and each bearing model is invoked in the software bearing library, and finally the model to be studied is obtained.
