3D geometric model of helical gear

Taking the gear pair in gear parameters as an example, the three-dimensional geometric model of four groups of gear pairs is established by selecting the first four groups of feed coefficients in Table 1, the hob parameters, and the center distance transformation coefficient being 0.

Taking the first group of feed coefficient as an example, according to the derived tooth surface equation, the tooth surface points are calculated by MATLAB programming and imported into Ca โƒ TIA The generated modified tooth surface, as shown in Figure 1, is generated by array, gear cutting and other operations to generate the 3D geometric model of helical gear, as shown in Figure 2. Four groups of 3D geometric models of helical gear pairs with different twist degrees are constructed by the same method, which is prepared for the subsequent simulation analysis.
