It is necessary to complete the manufacturing of straight bevel gears on demagi five axis machining center. After the machining software equipped with the machine tool is imported into the three-dimensional mathematical model, the NC machining program can be automatically generated according to the digital model and the selected tools, so as to complete the manufacturing of parts completely consistent with the three-dimensional digital model. As shown in Fig. 1, it is a five axis machining center used for machining standard straight bevel gears.
In order to verify the correctness of the three-dimensional digital model, the established three-dimensional digital model is imported into the software of demagi five axis machining center, and then the corresponding NC machining program is generated. The cutter adopts finger milling cutter and 45 steel material, and the corresponding standard straight bevel gear is produced according to the generated processing program, as shown in Fig. 2.
