Damping ring vibration reduction technology is an effective measure to improve the vibration characteristics of gears. By embedding damping rings on the vibrating body and using the friction on the contact surface of the two to consume vibration energy, the purpose of vibration reduction and noise reduction is achieved. However, the research on damping ring at home and abroad mostly stays in experimental research. In engineering practice, the damping ring is also designed and installed through experimental measurement, which has a long working cycle and wastes a lot of time and cost. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out theoretical research on the influence of damping ring on the vibration characteristics of spiral bevel gear transmission system, seek the best structural parameters of damping ring, make the vibration and noise reduction effect of spiral bevel gear transmission reach the best, provide theoretical guidance for the structural design of damping ring, and save design cost and time cycle.
The dynamic characteristics of spiral bevel gear with additional damping ring are analyzed, mainly including the following contents:
1) Dynamic modeling of spiral bevel gear transmission system with damping ring;
2) Research on the inherent characteristics of spiral bevel gear transmission system with damping ring;
3) The dynamic response of spiral bevel gear transmission system with damping ring is studied, and the effects of structural parameters of closed and open damping ring on it are studied respectively;
4) The dynamic load characteristics of spiral bevel gear transmission system with damping ring are studied, and the effects of structural parameters of closed and open damping ring on it are studied respectively.
