In order to facilitate comparison with subsequent experimental verification, corresponding numbered nodes are defined on the model box, through which information such as displacement, speed and acceleration of vibration can be extracted.The analysis results are compared in detail in the experimental section.
Measuring point 1 is in the middle of the transmission end cover, measuring point 3 is in the far end of the transmission case, measuring point 6 is in the middle of the transmission case, measuring point 4 is in the near end of the transmission case, measuring point 8 is in the end of the clutch case, and other measuring points are defined at the corresponding bolt connections.The position comparison between the physical model and the simulation model is shown in the figure.
