Contact analysis of spiral bevel gear under dynamic loading

In order to obtain the meshing characteristics of spiral bevel gear under dynamic loading, this chapter first introduces its dynamic loading contact solution equation; The dynamic meshing characteristics of spiral bevel gears under different speed and torque conditions are analyzed. The speed, torque, transmission error, contact area, contact stress and bending stress of spiral bevel gear under three different speed conditions and three different torque conditions are obtained respectively.

The principle of finite element dynamic loading contact analysis of spiral bevel gear is introduced, and its dynamic loading contact analysis model is obtained based on the static loading contact analysis model of spiral bevel gear; The dynamic loading contact performance analysis under different speed and torque conditions is completed, and the variation laws of speed, contact force, contact area, contact stress and bending stress of spiral bevel gear under different working conditions are obtained respectively. At the same time, the variation law of transient transmission error of spiral bevel gear is obtained based on the results of finite element analysis; The strength check under various working conditions is completed. The results show that there will be a strong impact at the beginning of dynamic meshing of spiral bevel gear, and the impact phenomenon increases with the increase of rotating speed. Under light load condition, the gear tooth de meshing phenomenon appears.
